Adoption is more than a one-time event and the needs of adoptive families change over time. Master’s level adoption social workers offer case management services to help provide ongoing support and access to resources during difficult times and through unique challenges. Case management services are available at our office and in-home as needed. A REACH social worker will assess a family’s needs and connect the family with appropriate resources. REACH staff members are available to help families navigate complicated systems and help coordinate services with schools, medical and mental health professionals, developmental specialists, adoption agency social workers, child welfare workers, and other professionals.
